Home visiting and delivery service
One of our trained staff will visit you by appointment at your own home so that your individual needs can be identified in the place where you live. If required, we can arrange for you to try, with full advice and in your own home, a range of equipment or aids which might help you to overcome your infirmity or disability. Please refer to Occupational Therapy services above.
We aim to provide a prompt and efficient service in responding to enquiries. If an item of equipment is needed urgently to enable a person to manage their personal care safely and independently, we will try to find an immediate solution or offer advice on alternative ways to manage the problem.
When you purchase major items of equipment from Rehability, we will deliver them to your home at a time which is convenient to you. If necessary, we will undertake full installation of the equipment* and ensure that you know how to operate your new product.
*this does not apply to plumbed in installations such as specialist baths or showers
We will deliver items free of charge within 5 miles of Halesworth. Delivery charges apply outside this area. Please contact us for further information.
